Every day we are hearing about the fire incidents at high rise buildings. The only possible/available self-escape system is jumping from the building. We have recently witnessed a fire incident happened at Mumbai. In a five-storey building more than 15 people burnt alive and another few people jumped down and killed. If our system were installed there the lives of these innocent people could have been saved. It is very clear that a product like our DYNAMIT FIRE TOWER is installed nowhere in the world. The world is looking for a permanent solution to be installed in high rise buildings. In a survey it is reported that at Mumbai itself more than 5000 high rise buildings are need to be modified with permanent escape system. As our product is patented, we could issue licenses or franchisees all over the world. As per latest Fire and Safety rules most of the high-rise buildings are required to install fire protection system to procuring license from Government authorities. There is written rules (Building Safety Rule Part 4.13) to install Emergency escape system, FIRE TOWER, for buildings with height more than 24 meter.
Innovativeness of the Product/Service.
It is a new concept that could potentially change the way humans live. It is well known that many high rise residential and commercial buildings have either poor or inadequate emergency escape equipment. Moreover, the fire escape in many high-rise residential / commercial buildings are provided only with stairs (internal or external) for emergency evacuation which prove to be inefficient. When a fire occurs, internal stair area will become smoke filled in no time, making it virtually impossible for people to make their way down
through the steps and if somebody indeed manages to reach to the external stairs, the descent will be either too long or short. Our project concept is not similar to any other existing methods. It is a permanent structure in concrete or steel with spiral chute system which could be accessed from any floor of the high-rise building. The most innovative part is the automatic speed control device.
